Great customer service. Easy to file a claim. Communication and fast decisions on payment. Submitted my claims and within 10 days I was reimbursed. Very streamlined and paid exactly what should be Paid. I will recommend to others. Hoping MetLife continues this trend. So far a great experience and glad I didn’t cancel.
