Very Responsive
There were some shipping/delivery problems that occurred after my purchase left the Jennibag facility. I mention it first because the team at Jennibag stayed in constant communication with me. They were very responsive in tracking down my order and did not hesitate to send a replacement after they determined part of my order had been lost. I love the 2.0 bag- it seems very sturdy. I’ve used it twice now. I can wait to use the vacuum kit with my next trip
