I called three times to get assistance with my account. The first two representatives basically hung up on me cause they didn’t know how to help me to assess my account. But the last representative I talked knew exactly how to get me verified and regain access to my account. He was very professional and patient. One of the best customer service representatives I’ve ever talked to. Thank you for your help!!!!
