I never completed the intake form
I never completed the intake form, but must have done enough to pay for the membership and get charged for the first month. This site is the only one I found with the customer service phone number easily accessible so I spent what seemed like forever searching for the corporate phone number. First level frustration. Upon getting through after 1/2 hour wait time, the representative read the" no refund" script. I must say he stuck to it loyally. He did agree to refund the $149 for the drug I couldn't receive because I hadn't completed the intake form. However, because I was approved for the weight loss drug without fully completing the form, he wouldn't refund the membership fee of $39. He stuck to this even when he claimed there was currently no supervisor to elevate the request to. Come to find out there is never a supervisor available! He made all decisions which makes total business sense. The fact he used the word currently is misleading. It makes the listener think there is a supervisor available sometimes. It's the little dishonesties that lead to lack of trust. Once again, big corporations sucking money, albeit small change this time, from individuals. Tired of being used for corporate gain.
