Spend $800 on a machine that lasted a little over a year. The machines are very cheap rust very easy. Grinder broke it took me 3 weeks to get ahold of customer service they tried to trouble shoot over a video call and ended up just making the situation worse. They told me I could send it to them and they would let me know how much it is to fix. No thank you. I will NEVER purchase another Breville product again due to them using cheap parts that do not last and their customer service or lack there of.
