You’re company has mislead me by telling my case with be all settled in 3 to 5 months. It’s been 8 months and you called me three time to settle cases. Ironically you called twice on 1 credit card offering settlement. The calls were months apart for same card which made zero sense and 1 for another card. I was told I would receive written confirmation when cases are settled and received nothing. My credit is destroyed and I’m being harassed by creditors and collection agencies. So if I don’t receive some information and some written confirmation on a quick settlement to all these cases, I will be contacting outside agencies to look into the matter in case this is a matter of fraud. As well as looking to recover all funds that I have spent and trying to settle this matter I hope I get a quick response with some positive information. Unfortunately, it’s been eight months and I don’t feel that that’s gonna be the case in this matter, sadly, I trusted someone and they took advantage of it.
