FROM FRUSTRATION TO NEW FRIENDS!
I contacted Direct Meds since I was having so much trouble with Trim Rx trying to contact their people to ask questions especially getting the conversion from milligrams to units which is kind of important since that’s the only way you can give these shots. I was so frustrated and called Direct Meds to see if your company was any different. What I found was kind, caring and professional people who had my best interests at heart. I have called a few more times and get the same service. And even better I get a real person and not a message promising me they will call back and never do. Here people have a lot of empathy working with people who are frustrated and their patience is dwindling. I look forward to contacting Direct Meds as soon as I can get out of the contract with TrimRX and start working with people who show a little empathy, I was satisfied with all the people who helped me with this issue. They couldn’t have been better at their jobs. I will refer everyone to Direct Meds. At least I see a light at the end of the tunnel now. Thank you ALL! Vicki Kissler
