The experience was awesome at first
The experience was awesome at first. The system created cinematic videos that really complimented my screenplay. I used the system for a few days then trouble hit. The system kept regenerating my prompt over and over again. Keep in mind that every time the system regenerates, my credits are being consumed. This occurred until my credits hit rock bottom. Yep...zero. Ahh...so I contact the support team and they respond in 24 hours as promised, but the message was...off. I was told they would look into my grievance, yet; also included that if I didn't hear back then reach out again (that stung). Translates into, "We didn't take you seriously the first time you reached out." - Needless to say, I found some other capable alternatives that have given me a better experience thus far so not all is lost. But...dang that was disappointing.
