More than just a name change!
I’ve been using Skylum/Luminar products since November 2019, probably earlier than that. I’ve seen a lot of changes, some good some not so good.The name change to Luminar is just the tip of the iceberg. Performance is truly outstanding from moving photos to the catalog to an outstanding editing experience. The other nice change for me has been the responsiveness in getting responses from Custmer Service, I inquired about the plans/pricing of Luminar through chat and the issue was resolved very quickly. I also had a problem downloading Presets and Skys. The initial contact was through Chat and because of an issue the inquiry was converted to email and I was informed that i would have a reply within 4 hours. Much to my surprise the reply came in about an hour. It looks like Luminar has become a quality product to replace Lightroom and Photoshop.
