I’ve been using Dinnerly for more than…5 years
I’ve been using Dinnerly for more than 5 years now, tried 4 others before I found them. I really like their food quality and diverse weekly options. Their delivery service is horrible though. Once they switched to OnTrac, everything delivery rated went down hill. Drivers refuse to comply with the delivery instructions online and printed on the label to leave the box by the back door which is in the shade. Instead, they leave them on the front porch, in the direct sun. It’s been over 100 degrees for the last two months. The last three weeks is typical. Three weeks ago the driver threw the box onto the porch from quite a distance, splitting the box and damaging the contents. Last week, my usual Friday delivery never showed up, with no update about out for delivery or that it was delayed. The box finally arrived at 8:00 PM on Saturday, again with no updates that it was late, out for delivery or was delivered. Today, a different driver also tossed the box of food onto the front porch, splitting the box open, damaging the contents and spilling chicken and it’s juices all over the box and all the contents inside. I’ve sent pictures and videos every time, as well as calling customer service. I like Dinnerly, but one more incident and I’m gone.
