terrible customer service and super shady
I’d rate this company less stars if I could I only used their free month that I received from our breeder, was never able to access my account, and customer service told me I needed a new email address, and always had some excuse. They assured me I would have “no trouble with any claims” but couldn’t even get me access to my own account, but I’m supposed to trust them. Absolutely terrible customer service
