I spent hundreds of dollars with direct meds! Customer service was terrible in the beginning but they really made it right and then locked me in at a “forever” price! I couldn’t afford it for one month, and all of of sudden after I didn’t renew, they sent me a “come back for $149” so I reached out the representative said she couldn’t help me so told me someone would contact me and no one did! So now I’m done went back to Emerge and they have always had great customer support
