I’ve now received THREE Dinnerly boxes in a row that were missing main ingredients needed to make the meals. These aren’t minor extras or optional garnishes—they’re essential ingredients, which makes it impossible to prepare the recipes as intended. The entire point of using a meal delivery service is the convenience of having everything you need delivered together. Having to repeatedly discover missing ingredients and then either make a trip to the store or abandon the meal completely defeats the purpose. Once could be an oversight. Three boxes in a row is a quality-control problem. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of consistency.
