There is a reason this pet insurance company is cheap… Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with this company refusing to cover my dog for a “pre-existing” condition when in fact it was not. My dog passed all pre-existing checks and had been covered by Fetch for many years until my claim. I am a qualified veterinary nurse and will never recommend this company to anyone. It goes to show that you should research your insurance company in great detail before signing up. Fetch strategically delete honest negative reviews from Google & social media ads. They have no contact number, instead the initial contact is via an AI chat bot or email where you are sat waiting for a reply. Terrible company who I am greatly disappointed in.
