My US feedback
I am overall very happy with my US and communication, however with one of my last shipments i had made a request for a invoice to be updated, where specific text wouls cause issues with customs, and after 4 days the invoice was still not updated even though it was a very small change. Except for this i am very happy with the seamless experience
