The customer service response is great
The customer service response is regularly prompt. Most of all the customer care team are friendly and knowledgeable. I called twice that day and both Miguel and Irangsa were very helpful and trying to resolve my ACH transfer issue. Ultimately Irangsa completely figured out what the problem was. I am very grateful for her patient and help in resolving my issue.
