I’ve had my Oura ring for over 4 years and upgraded over time and love the innovation the company and my ring I’ve just recently been working with Celine in central customers Services and can put my hand on my heart and soul and say thank you 🙏 Celine demonstrated that unreasonable hospitality exists in a sense that the anticipation of customer needs and concerns are considered Oura customer service is world class and if Michelin Stars were Awarded in this sector there would have to be a new grading as 4 stars here … hats off to you Celine and Oura .. empowerment to your front line is unbelievable… one very happy client who’s life time value grows stronger and stronger 🙏
