Stellar customer service
I have not experienced such friendly and fast customer service response in years! I recently moved and my shipping address was incorrect. This was Friday evening and I was hoping for a response Saturday, even Monday. I had a response within 15 minutes (and they sounded like real people! Kudos to their AI designer if it was AI). They verified the address update Saturday morning. I’d recommend buying here to anyone.
