It took too long for the order to come, when it arrived it was the wrong size, while the sizing may also be partially contributed to me, I trusted the size chart listed. Also the quality wasn't what I expected. The second items took a little longer and when they arrived, it was it was wrong. While I believe you may do what you can to ensure these kind of things dont happen, it still does not minimize my disappointment especially after waiting so long. And then the initial offer of 20% off and keep a product that doesn't fit, feels like no one read the initial email. Even in all of that, I will still peruse the site to look at what you have.
