Great turnaround and other options for out-of-stock
When I didn't receive the pink pillow mellow cases, I contacted Mellow Team. They were out of stock and their shipment were extended and I was given an option to change the color. So I changed to purple and it arrived quickly and in a timely matter. The Mellow Team was great! Communication was awesome. I did 4 stars since I was waiting on the pink pillow cases when they could not give a definitive answer on the re-stock. I reached out to Mellow after waiting a few weeks after my Pillows got here.
