HexClad, the Best and Last Cookware
This is an amazing company! HexClad are the best pans I’ve ever used. And the lady I’ll ever have to purchase. We do a lot of cooking, and that means a lot of cleanup. But with these pots and pans, clean up as a breeze, no scrubbing necessary, no soaking, most the time just wipe it out. Of course, I wash them, but the simplicity of this cookware is beyond anything I’ve ever used. What I have spent over the years in pots and pans and different sets that were supposed to be the best way surpasses what I paid for hexclad. We bought ourselves the full set last Christmas. We recently purchased the salt and pepper shaker the small set, and it just didn’t work for us. So I did request a refund, which was the easiest refund I could’ve possibly ever have hoped for. I was on day 30 and David S made this so simple. I got the label. I printed the shipping label to put on the inside. I had the original box and packed it well and put it inside another box and dropped it off at FedEx, and done. I bet not five minutes later I had a message that it had been shipped. Their customer service surpassed what I had hoped for, and they stood through their words on their refund policy.
