It’s been a fantastic experience all around. I needed help ordering an extremely customized box and got quick, professional and kind support- over a weekend. I was absolutely impressed. I wanted to know about your gluten free options and make sure that I could order certain products and I received fast, honest, professional support- AND- I haven’t found anything that isn’t gluten free yet. I just had a Pacific Cod cake and it was delicious. Thank you!!!!! Each box has come completely frozen even in the middle of summer in the South. Absolutely unbelievable and again, thank you. I’m really enjoying this experience and the products are delicious. Also, the recipes, app and emails (even the message nudges) are great. I’ve actually remembered to defrost things and made delicious meals. I typically don’t get into this kind of stuff but y’all are making so easy. Thanks again for the incredible service, all around.
