I have nothing but great things to say about my treatment. My 1st item did not arrive. Necklace was missing from torn and retaped package. Customer Service did not hesitate in getting back to me and made every effort to accommodate me. They resent new necklace and I absolutely LOVE it!! Would highly recommend this company and will definitely reorder new items in future.
