Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Delivered my package to wrong address . I called to find out what happened , only reply I got was to look around my house or ask a neighbor and good luck, even after I explained my house is surrounded with ring cameras and no one came by to deliver anything. I had to drive five minutes to the other house on the south of my neighborhood because apparently Amazon, SHEIN and temu have decided to not pay attention when delivering and deliver to the house in the south. It is obviously not my fault and as a paying customer I deserve a full refund for the item that I didn’t receive . By the way, when I went to get my package , the people who live there had already opened my package.
