Ordered 32DD (E) instead of 32DDD (F)…
Ordered 32DD (E) instead of 32DDD (F) which is my usual size by mistake and it was of course too small. I reached out to customer service to ask how to return and exchange and they just sent me a replacement in the correct size free of charge! I will say that this brand or possibly just the bra I ordered (lace underwire sheer demi) seems to just run a bit small, at least in cup size. If 32 DDDD (G) was an option I think that would be perfect, but I think this one will ultimately work after it stretches out a bit and I will keep wearing it. Overall I am very impressed and will be purchasing other items, especially ones that do come in larger sizes. Customer service is A+++
