Contractor Experience With Angi Leads I used Angi for approximately five months for my construction business, and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. I was paying around $350 per month for leads, and during the entire time I was with them, I did not close a single job from Angi. In my experience, roughly 90–95% of the leads were essentially ghost leads — I would call, text, and follow up with no response. Many of the few people I actually reached either had unrealistic budgets or did not appear ready to hire a contractor. I repeatedly contacted Angi about the quality of the leads and explained that I was getting essentially a 0% return on my investment. Eventually, I told them I could no longer justify paying hundreds of dollars every month for a service that wasn't generating work. After requesting cancellation, I was told I would owe approximately $1,190 to get out of the agreement. My advice to other contractors, especially small businesses in smaller markets: carefully read the entire agreement, understand the cancellation terms, and do your own research before committing. Track every lead, every attempted contact, and every dollar you spend so you can determine your actual ROI. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Angi Leads to other contractors.
