Received a broken light that was left out in the rain, which had zero protective packaging and you shorted me a cord. Then you wanted pictures to somehow prove they didn't work, which I won't do because you wasted enough time of mine sending subpar equipment and couldn't bother to cover electronics properly. I'll never do business here again and will suggest to all and everyone to avoid this company. You received all the info required for a refund/replacement. Please stop acting like it's my fault that this company is incompetent. You took my money without hesitation and sent me an incomplete / broken light. How's this on me?
