Customer service is horrible
Customer service is horrible. No live agents. It was very hard to figure out how to chat and if your phone goes dark you have to start all over again. I'm sorry that I have recommended you to friends and family and that I have actually gifted your product. The changes you have made with your company's customer service is a step in the wrong direction. Also, the weather station seems to break or have issues right after warranty period. I've had to replace, at my expense, the temperature sensor and entire outside unit, more than once. If you're looking for a weather station, look for a different brand, this one will disappoint in the long run.
