I have been a Brello Health customer since June 2025 and have been so happy I chose them. The customer service has always been there via phone when I needed them and the online support through the Thrive group has been worth every penny I’ve paid for my medication. I’m sad to see so many unhappy posts on here from people who either don’t realize they need to eat better and that the meds are just a tool to help you lose weight or people who can’t pick up the phone to call customer support and rely on emails or maybe even smoke signals to communicate.
