I’ve used Poplin for a few years and never will again…
I’ve used Poplin for a few years and had my ups and downs with it, but kept using it because it was convenient. I’ve noticed lately a lot of them have been charging extra. I literally weighed my clothes when I got them back and it was 10 pounds off and they charged me for a large item when they shouldn’t have. This is the second time that I’ve noticed my laundry bill went up significantly when my laundry amount never changed. This was my last straw. Never using them again. Sick and tired of the laziness and dishonesty.
