The worst experience I have ever had
The worst experience I have ever had. I was stranded for 5 hours waiting for my bus to arrive from Philadelphia station to get to Newark and there were sooooooo many delays and miscommunication from the staff and the drivers. Then the bus was reported “broke down” and so i had to wait to get home for 5 hours !!! I didnt get home until the next day at 1am in the morning!!! What’s worse was that the driver pushed one of the customers children and told her to get out of his bus after she was waiting 5hrs. So he didn't leave at all. Everyone was impatient and wanted to go home…until one of the workers yelled at the driver to drive everyone home. It was a total nightmare and I will never recommend GrayHound or FlixBus ever to anyone. Proceed with caution.
