VIP Diamond client - shocking support and service
I’m a VIP Diamond user and the service that I received when making a booking that went clearly wrong because of your technical issues was not well handled. Why would I do 2 bookings and pay more for the second one if it was not for the book now and pay later, the bathe funds were taken off immediately and this could not be verified by your team which is shocking.
