Credit costs not disclosed before committing to a project
I subscribed to the 4,000-credit plan to produce a music video. I provided the platform with the full scope of the project up front. At no point during that setup did OpenArt disclose the credit cost of the production I was building. I moved through the workflow in good faith, only to run out of credits before the project was finished — with no way to complete what I had already invested in. For a paid subscription service, this is a basic transparency failure. Estimated credit costs should be surfaced clearly before a user commits to a multi-step generation, especially for video projects where credits burn fast. I've raised this directly with support. Posting here so other creators know what to expect before they subscribe.
