HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT..JUST AWFUL.. wow, they actually wanted to get rated. Lol! Ok In last 2 years, purchased thousands of dollars worth of GC candles As they know..the candles sells themselves so candles remain popular. With that, they dont care about the quality of their customer service. They never had a 800 phone line which bizzare as it is, but even closed their chat texting line last year-the only way we could actual have decent help. Now we have to await 2 to 3 days for a response and if even though they open tkts for customer who in need & know clearly how to fix the requests, their customer service dept will actually close tkt without fulfilling refund or replacement request entitled if we don't respond immediately when they want. Maybe owner not be so greedy & invest in quality employees
