HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT..JUST…

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT..JUST AWFUL.. wow, they actually wanted to get rated. Lol! Ok In last 2 years, purchased thousands of dollars worth of GC candles As they know..the candles sells themselves so candles remain popular. With that, they dont care about the quality of their customer service. They never had a 800 phone line which bizzare as it is, but even closed their chat texting line last year-the only way we could actual have decent help. Now we have to await 2 to 3 days for a response and if even though they open tkts for customer who in need & know clearly how to fix the requests, their customer service dept will actually close tkt without fulfilling refund or replacement request entitled if we don't respond immediately when they want. Maybe owner not be so greedy & invest in quality employees

I absolutely love Goose Creek candles

I absolutely love Goose Creek candles! The scents are amazing, and there is such a wonderful variety to choose from. The fragrances are rich, inviting, and fill my home with beautiful aromas without being overwhelming. I’m always excited to try new scents, and I’ve been consistently impressed with the quality and how long the candles last. They also make wonderful gifts, and there are so many fragrances that it’s easy to find something for everyone. Goose Creek has definitely become one of my favorite candle brands. Great scents, great quality, and a fantastic selection—I highly recommend them!
