I purchased a bag got the $50 monthly fee that they insisted that I purchase in case anything is wrong. I purchased the bag shortly before my birthday. The day of my birthday as I was taking it out of my car the bag fell off of me on to the floor. The clasp broke I took it to the store and they inspected it and said I needed to send it back to there warehouse since the gentleman that assisted me at the store said it’s guaranteed and with this fee there is no shipping charges and it’s a easy return. Waiting for an explanation on why my refund was taking so long. I just received it and it’s the same as I sent it back with a broken clasp and no explanation. wTH is wrong with this picture especially since I communicated with the store they said no worries they are inspecting and will return your money within 3-5 days. Why why why??!!!
