I was late paying my rent
I was late paying my rent. Got an email from Flex that I could pay late until 8/9 @ 3pm EST. Link to make a payment in app didn’t work & was not given an option to pay. Chatbot gave useless canned responses. Filed a formal complaint in their app. Response was that funds weren’t available to withdraw is a lie because I had later deposited enough to cover it. I get alerts on any attempted transactions & they did not try later. They will lie & lead you on & send fake emails.
