DO NOT INTERACT WITH THIS COMPANY IN ANY WAY! Got sucked in initially by sneaky subscription sign up which I was not aware of completing. No reminder email that subsequent payments were coming out of my account. When I realised I cancelled my account but was then charged for another month after I cancelled. Have just spent 6 weeks trying to get my money refunded. They appear on the surface to be trying to look into my concerns but it’s all smoke and mirrors. There is never an actual name or other identifier on their emails either. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
