Amazing customer service
Mindvalley is an amazing platform. It helped me get in touch of my body and the divine in a way I didn’t think I could have. Unfortunately, I found myself not using it as much as I thought I would. I got an email saying that my subscription renewal was coming up. I was a little ignorant thinking that if I deleted the app, it would have also cancel the subscription. One morning, my husband asked me why there was a significant charge on our credit card. I panicked and contacted mindvalley right away, mainly because I’m 39 weeks pregnant and we need to save as much money as we can. The AI response was pretty straightforward and already made me feel at ease as it said that it has sent the information to the right department. Moments later, I got a response from Ligia saying that she understood my situation and would be happy to help to not only cancel my subscription but to give me a full refund. She did explain how everything worked if I want to join mindvalley in the future which was very helpful. I’m beyond grateful for mindvalley to help me through this situation and it was nice that the AI response and Ligia responded with kind words towards my pregnancy. I would recommend mindvalley to anyone who’s interested in this type of work, the content itself is worth while and just how they deal with these tough situations is truly amazing. Thank you.
