John spent a lots of time on the phone trying to find for my family the best cabin , which will accommodate my old mom . Also, he explained very well about ship . dining , Insurance. and many more very important details, which I would have never known. I’ve found the best cabin for us , And express really deep knowledge about his job. He is a wonderful addition to your company.
