Ordered via website; then called to change the order!
I originally ordered casters via website and had to change the order which I did via phone. Quick response when I called, directed right to customer service, then to sales, if I recall. Casters were shipped ground and I received them in a few days. Great casters, a really nice product. Thanks, I'm sure I'll be doing business again if the future.
