AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!
AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!! My flight was delayed more than 3 hours. I submitted all the required documents for myself and two other passengers, but I have received absolutely no updates for over four months. I have tried contacting them multiple times to ask about the status of my claim, but I have received no response whatsoever. I genuinely feel like I’ve been ghosted. I definitely would not recommend this company. The worst part is that you simply cannot get in touch with anyone when you need an update about your claim. Look for other companies if you don’t wanna be ghosted!!!!!
