Started strong ended disappointing
I accidentally selected the wrong time of day for my rental start, but the SIXT Team helped me out and got me a car right away. Unfortunately there was some issues with the car's Navigation and Entertainment systems. Getting them fixed started a disappointing journey filed with lies by SIXT Employees about car availabilities and refunds. I ended up spending a whole day of my Vacation traveling to SIXT locations to get a suitable car without Winter tires in July! At the Munich Airport location, I was extorted by the return staff when I refused to turn the car in since I could not get a safe replacement. I was told it would take 3 hours to get me out of the returns line, since it was 7 PM and we where tired we gave in and switched from an Station Wagon to an SUV which we wanted to avoid due to their size.
