Alpha is a terrible warranty company. Do not use this company. They denied my claim on a structural mechanical failure because the component wasn’t listed… not excluded. Just not listed. When I told them I wanted to cancel my policy and get a refund, Alpha told me the prorated refund would be based on time AND MILEAGE! This is an unlimited mileage policy. I will take every chance I can get to deliver horrible reviews for this scam of a company. After 38 years in the automotive industry , I have enough contacts to have at least the impact on their business that they have had on my wallet.
