I placed my order 12 days ago and have not received it. It says order complete on my profile but never received any shipping information or the product. Support never answers questions when ask and I cannot get through to a person. Very frustrating. How they reply saying it will ship 3 to 5 days after order it’s been 12 days and they cannot provide me with a shipping information. They just said it’s being processed. This is ridiculous and very frustrating.
