Melanie has been the only good thing about my time with Eden and she’s only reason I’m giving a 3 star. I’m not giving me because over all, your guys customer service is absolutely horrendous. Melanie on the other handle PERSONALLY deserves 5 stars. She was quick with my response, escalated my order and waiting patiently as I completed check in. I wish everything interaction was with her
