Awful experience
Awful experience. I paid for their protection and am just trying to return an item. Everytime I call I have to wait 24/47 hours in between and on chat they say yes you’ll get a label next time you’re emailed back but then some person will reply through email and ONLY offer a replacement. Most awful experience I’ve ever had
