Horrible platform
Horrible platform, constantly glitching, and impossible to log into no matter which browser you use. On top of that, Stamps.com (their own payment processor) rolled out a software update that wiped saved payment methods. I spent hours trying to get the same card I've used without issue for five years back into the system. Customer service was worse than useless, total runaround, zero accountability, zero resolution. I paid $30 a month for this. For what, exactly? Save yourself the money and the headache. Switch to Pirate Ship. It's free and it actually works.
