Great Product (crucial), less than perfect distribution (not as crucial)
Very happy with their product even with the longer than anticipated delivery time frame. I actually received 2 (ordered one) cooling comforters along with a loose delivery label for a customer in CA (I'm in SC). Contacted customer service via the website for the return which did take a few back and forth messages to complete. Reading other comments it appears most of Mellow's problems relate to their distribution / contract carrier - perhaps it needs a review itself!
