There was a "system driven" issue wiht my order that was creating a lot of confusion (concentration change) and order showing shipped but never refilled. Super frustrating and I understand how automation/systems can make mistakes that not even Ai chat can solve The "live" Customer Service rep Melanie Bautista did a great job untangling and getting everything resolved. This "human touch" is perfect when combining automation/Ai with a responsive professional human CS rep to provide world class service! Well done!
